What are SDGs?
SDGs, or Sustainable Development Goals, are global objectives set by the United Nations which cover a wide range of potential areas in need of attention. These goals aim to address global issues such as poverty and inequality with the objective of creating a more balanced and sustainable world, promoting economic growth and social inclusion. Since the launch of these international commitments in 2015, there have been 17 SDGs approved, each divided into specific targets that countries strive to meet. Read more
Recycled and FSC®-Certified
At Rollor Packaging, we are committed to responsible sourcing of materials, which is why all our products are made from up to 100% recycled cardboard and carry the FSC® label. FSC® stands for Forest Stewardship Council, an international organisation that promotes responsible forest management, so that forest ecosystems are maintained and the rights and well-being of local communities and workers are respected.
No void fills
Our packaging solutions are very protective, produced with high-quality 100% recyclable cardboard, and don’t require additional void fill or bubble wrap. Using mono-material and plastic-free packaging drastically reduces waste and carbon footprint. Nowadays, 60% of consumers consider sustainable packaging important when making purchasing decisions, it´s time for businesses to switch to sustainable packaging to meet the new regulations and the consumer demand.
Local Production Facilities
We work with local manufacturing facilities around the globe to minimize the environmental impact of distribution while also supporting local economies. Currently, we are already producing in Europe, United States, Mexico, South Africa and Australia. All of our production facilities are in line with the Paris Agreement’s goal of reaching net-zero emissions by 2050.
